Billions of years ago, before our sun was forged into existence, our galaxy was a desolate space. Little is known about the universe prior to our existence, and scientists continue to unravel countless mysteries revolving around our world.

Recently, scientists have discovered that in a meteorite that had crashed into rural southeast Australia contained the most ancient material found on planet Earth. They discovered that 60% of the: “pre solar grains” within the meteorite could be traced back 4.6-4.9 years ago, with the oldest fragments being over 5.6 billion years old (Jazeera, 2020). Phillip Heck, a renowned scientist states that these are: “solid examples of stars, real stardust.” Such a discovery predates the very creation of our universe, bringing us one step closer to discovering many other shocking mysteries.
